The network
Who takes part in a transaction, and what each one can see.
A private sale is not done by a platform alone: there are owners, buyers, advisors and specialists. The network sets out what each contributes, when they step in and how far their access goes.
Who is in it
Five kinds of participant, with different jobs.
Business owners
They present their company, set its visibility and approve who reaches the fuller information.
- When they take part
- From registration to closing.
- What they can see
- Their own company in full, who requested access anonymously, and the state of each request.
- How they get in
- Registration, review by the team and membership approval.
Buyers and investors
Capital, sector experience and a clear mandate of what they are looking for.
- When they take part
- From browsing to negotiation.
- What they can see
- Anonymous profiles; with approved access and an NDA, the memorandum and the identity; with authorisation, the data room.
- How they get in
- Registration, identity verification and buyer-type checks.
M&A advisors
They support preparation, finding the counterparty and the negotiation.
- When they take part
- When the owner or the team brings them into a transaction.
- What they can see
- Only the transactions where they hold an active engagement, and only the permissions granted one by one.
- How they get in
- Registration, track-record review and activation by the team.
Lawyers and accountants
Due diligence, contracts, tax and legal structure for the closing.
- When they take part
- When the transaction reaches documents and closing.
- What they can see
- The documents of the transaction they work on, with the permission their engagement carries.
- How they get in
- Registration, credential review and activation by the team.
Origination partners
They introduce companies or buyers from their own network.
- When they take part
- At the start, when they refer an opportunity.
- What they can see
- The state of their referrals and the fee attached. Never the company's confidential information.
- How they get in
- Registration as a referral partner and approval by the team.
Members
We do not publish network profiles yet.
The advisors, lawyers and accountants who take part do so under confidentiality, and printing their names next to the transactions they work on would say more than it should. We will publish here whoever agrees to appear.
Coverage
Where there is something, today.
This counts what exists in the database: registered companies, verified buyers and published transactions. Countries with no activity do not appear.

How to join
Requirements and process.
Application
You register with the right profile and tell us your experience, your specialism and the countries you work in.
Review
The team verifies identity, track record and, for professionals, credentials. Every review is individual.
Activation and permissions
Once approved, access is granted per transaction: no member sees the whole confidential catalogue.
Responsibilities
Confidentiality over everything you see, declared conflicts of interest, and contact with the counterparty only inside the platform.
Indicative review time: a few business days. If something is missing, we write before deciding.
Apply to the networkTrust rules
What access rests on.
Verification
Nobody reaches confidential information without a verified identity and approved membership.
Conflicts of interest
Anyone taking part declares their relationship with the parties. An undeclared conflict ends the engagement.
Confidentiality
Fuller access requires an NDA. The company's identity opens only with its owner's authorisation.
Access by function
Permissions are granted one by one and per transaction: see the memorandum, see the identity, enter the data room, upload documents.
Activity log
Approvals, publications and document downloads are recorded, with who and when.
Revocation
A permission can be revoked at any time, and access closes immediately.
